Disliked: I made a reservation a week ago and called to confirm my reservation a few hours before arrival - I was assured that the room would be saved for me. But upon arrival at the facility, I was told no room was available! Even worse, the staff at the reception was unfriendly and not helpful. We had to leave the facility with four bags. Even worse, the room charge is applied!

Liked: It was conveniently located right off the interstate.
Disliked: Shouldn't advertise "breakfast included"...I don't consider a packaged muffin breakfast. I've stayed at other hotels for a similar price that does include breakfast.

Disliked: Upon arrival we were told despite having a reservation we had no room. After a search that was reversed. We got a room with a kitchenette. The rubber on the dolly's four wheels were shredded. Breakfast choices were too poor to try. Not a good experience

Disliked: Microwave in bad condition. No kitchware available. Door very balky.

Disliked: On my 2nd day there. I came back to my hotel and someone had been 8n my room. I remembered turning off my TV. When I came back from work, my TV was on and there was a second remote in my room.
