Good Value for Money

Liked: Location was perfect for my travel needs with Swift access to Major Highways.Spacious Clean Room and good shower.Staff were very pleasant and chatty both on check-in and check out.
Disliked: Arrived 1800 to be told room was not ready and asked to return by 2000. Was not a major problem on this occasion, and staff at least allowed me to leave luggage, which I had brought from vehicle.

Liked: Desk agent was very helpful and she gave me all the information that I needed
Disliked: I paid in advance for a friend to stay at this hotel and the booking was set up for late arrival between 1:00 and 2:00 a.m. and when the person got there Not only was there not a room waiting for him but they don't book hotel rooms after midnight and he was turned away there was no room available I would like a refund on my room

It was ok, overall.

Liked: The bed was comfy, the TV worked, and there was plenty of clean water. I also didn't expect a full size fridge at my disposal. That was a nice perk.
Disliked: Those room keys made me very nervous about being locked out every time I left the room. They definitely need to be improved. Also, the shower could use more options on water pressure.
