Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Southcenter

Extremely disappointed.

Disliked: I don't like anything about this property at all.The hallways are extremely dusty and dirty as well. The room was not even properly cleaned, have extremely old and there is a missing cabinet door. When I checked the bathroom there wasn't a bath towel. I called reception and They told me to come and get it from reception. DONT HAVE ANY WORDS!!!

Liked: Location to the airport was wonderful.
Disliked: Patch holes on the wall, busted plugs, dirty/stained/scratched kitchenette. Bathroom was was just overall disgusting. Pet area was not regulated and trash was everywhere on the property, not worth what they are charging a night.

Front desk manager was great...

Disliked: The toilet in our room was not functioning correctly and was a big inconvenience

Disliked: It was hard to find. The outside is in bad shape- dirty with trash strewn about. Office looked old and ran down. The room had an alarming alcohol smell. Had to leave in the middle of the night and missed breakfast because we saw at least three roaches of varying size when I woke up to use the bathroom
