I will never step foot...

Liked: I liked absolutely nothing. If I could give a negative star I most certainly will but the lowest I can go is a 1 star. But that’s pushing it.
Disliked: From the moment my kids and I parked our car. Sideway disgusting, trash cans filled to where more trash was sitting on the floor next to it, toilet plunger next to garbage on floor 1. Then we walked into the lobby to check-in. Filthy floor, flies everywhere, dead bug on counter. We were in the 3rd floor room 302. Took the elevator and it was absolutely nasty to where I wouldn’t let my kids touch the hand rail!! Get to the room instantly stink really bad. Then just with how the lobby and elevator was and hallway leading to our room, I install check the room. Told my kids to keep everything on the chair by the door so I could take a video with flash on and check the room out….. Now let me add the video and pics and you tell me, WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU PAID FOR A ROOM AND THIS IS HOW IT WAS?!!Gross spray marks and shiny lip gloss looking smears on head board, filthy carpet with stains all over, hair u see the pillow that was “ freshly made”, dirty toilet, dirty dining counter top, sink drain very icky, towels stunk, tv remote would not work, and the electric panel was weird because the ONLY one switch off was the “ smoke detector”. After that I went back downstairs to tell the front desk lady. She said well I only have 1 other room available so we can go check it out. We look at it and what baaaaam what do you know, A HAIR UNDER THE PILLOW!!!! So with that being said I had to go back down to the lossy and get towels, gloves and Clorox so that I COULD GO BACK TO MY ROOM 302 AND CLEAN THE EVERYTHING SO I KNOW MY KIDS ARENT TOUCHING SOMEONES NASTY MESS.I EVEN HAD TO GO TO TARGET IN TUKWILA TO GO BUY A GED SHEET SO MY KIDS COULD SLEEP ON A CLEAN BED!!!This please is absolutely disgusting.Oh and the pictures I attached are screenshots from the video I took. The last picture is of my kids on the bed is to show proof I had to go to Target to buy a bed sheet to cover the nasty dirty used bed sheets that the Extended Stay America in tukwila, wa left for us.

Staff was nice, facilities need...

Liked: Close to everything
Disliked: Smoking in hotel, broken door handle, toilet had flushing issues, finding someone else's hair throughout the room.

Superb

Liked: I didn't have any of the breakfast
Disliked: A better selection of the muffins it's was always blueberry and chocolate muffins. Never did see the banana nut muffins. I can't have the granola bars because of the ingredients in them.

I would not stay here...

Liked: This place need to improve on thier cleanliness as staff manners
Disliked: It was dirty all the time especially out the room

Disliked: Facility was extremely dirty. Room floors were sticky. Rooms poor condition.

Couldn’t stay too disgusting

Disliked: The room was never clean before I arrived, even though they wouldn’t let me arrive early because it needed to be cleaned. There’s long black hairs all over the floor and and even in the bed, the sheets have not even been switched.

Exceptional

Liked: I drank the coffee and some oatmeal, several of muffin
Disliked: My door kept getting stuck but it was fixed
