Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Redmond

I had such a good experience while staying, after my bad experience of my car overheating as I got to the hotel. The front desk personnel, Bianca and Kristin were unbelievably kind and helpful. I believe that they are what truly made my stay there good; especially while waiting for a tow-truck. If I go to an event in the area again I will not hesitate to make another reservation.

Liked: Front Desk personnel.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Everything was up to snuff except....
Disliked: Couldn't work the stove. Checked for a stove timer, couldn't find one. We were in #251 on the end on the second floor. You advertise a kitchen but when the stove doesn't work, it's not really a kitchen.

2 star or lower accommodations

Liked: Breakfast was a joke. Kitchen accessories were lacking and had to be requested.
Disliked: Breakfast. Kitchen accessories. Bathroom towel sets had to be exchanged daily.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The idea of renting a long stay is because we are traveling with a baby and i like to cook by myself for the baby. The hotel was advertising they had available the entire cook set but when my husband asked for it, they only give us plates and silverware and they make an story for no provided us with utensils to cook. It was really expensive for what we get. Very disappointed and not worthy

Disliked: Thin walls.. people walking around upstairs. Bring a white noise machine!

Liked: Spacious room.
Disliked: Need invoice copy. Forgot to pick it up during checkout. Have been requesting thru booking.com. tried calling them directly. No luck...so sad experience

Liked: The only thing I like about it was the location, since I had some events at Microsoft and it was the closest hotel nearby.
Disliked: The staff were not too nice, kinda rude. Also, they didn’t have amenities available for the kitchen in the rooms when there’s something included in the price, which is not fare. I was so disappointed.
