Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Redmond

I had such a good experience while staying, after my bad experience of my car overheating as I got to the hotel. The front desk personnel, Bianca and Kristin were unbelievably kind and helpful. I believe that they are what truly made my stay there good; especially while waiting for a tow-truck. If I go to an event in the area again I will not hesitate to make another reservation.

Liked: Front Desk personnel.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disappointing

Liked: The location is good and has big freezer, microvan, and can borrow kitchen goods.
Disliked: You can hear TV, sneezing from next room, and sounds from outside in your room. There are some people smoking outside. And the room I stayed was dark.

Liked: Stuff put a not on my windshield treating to towy car because of expired tags. I suppose hotels provide safety and comfort and my relationship with DMV none of the hotel business
Disliked: Breakfast aren't breakfast. Just coffee (not always there) and cheap muffins

Great accommodation for the price.

Liked: Super simple check in and clean room.
Disliked: Confusion between people on duty. We were told that we could pay for a late check out. When we went to pay, we were told that it was not how it works by the person on duty that morning.

I hoped for a place...

Liked: Clean and well maintained. Comfortable. Had a nice little trail to walk the dog on across the street. Great parking.
Disliked: They advertise breakfast but it’s just prepackaged muffins or nutrabars. The rooms with kitchens do not have a toaster, utensils, coffee pot, pans etc. If you are being frugal and stay here bring all the cooking gear you need. Can opener for sure! They did say it is available at the office maybe at a cost? We brought food that just warmed on our paper plates and our own coffee pot so we did not inquire about getting them.Also, I thought $25 a night for our dog was kind of high. They seem skimpy on things.
