Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Redmond

I had such a good experience while staying, after my bad experience of my car overheating as I got to the hotel. The front desk personnel, Bianca and Kristin were unbelievably kind and helpful. I believe that they are what truly made my stay there good; especially while waiting for a tow-truck. If I go to an event in the area again I will not hesitate to make another reservation.

Liked: Front Desk personnel.
Disliked: Nothing.

Worst experience ever

Liked: The only positive things about the property are the location the free parking
Disliked: When I got to the property, I found out that they had to cancel my booking due to late arrival. Then, they asked me to book a new reservation and to pay in full for one night and resolve the issue next morning when the manager come. After booking completed via booking, they told me the booking does not appear in their system even though I’ve been asked to do this step from their end. However, they let me in at that night. But unfortunately in the next early morning the new guy in the new shift called the room and asked me to either pay again or to leave, I asked him to call the manager to solve the issue, but he kept asking me to leave or they will call the police. I requested to call the police, and I escalated this issue to booking.com immediately where booking.com gave me full refund after facing difficulty in contacting the manager and confirming that I have fully paid my stay.

Good location for the Eastide

Liked: Location was perfect for us since we were visiting friends in Redmond and Bellevue.
Disliked: The walls of our room made settling noises and we didn’t like that. Had to sleep with an earplug.

Liked: Location is good as bus stop is very near and some eatery are also very nearby. Breakfast is good too , not much choices but it's fine.
Disliked: All is good and they can add some more things in breakfast.

Disappointed but it was adequate

Disliked: Barebones room - no coffee or coffee maker, no info about facilities. When I arrived the front desk said they didn’t have a room for me and that it was Booking.com’s fault as you booked too many rooms. I did not accept that as they had confirmed my late evening arrival via email several days before. After some argument, they found me a room - not exactly what I reserved, but acceptable (it had a standing shower that accommodated wheelchairs - but I was ok with that.
