I had such a good experience while staying, after my bad experience of my car overheating as I got to the hotel. The front desk personnel, Bianca and Kristin were unbelievably kind and helpful. I believe that they are what truly made my stay there good; especially while waiting for a tow-truck. If I go to an event in the area again I will not hesitate to make another reservation.

Decent value

Liked: For the motel-type accommodation this is, it is quite a good one. Nothing too fancy, but everything was at least an ok quality. I found the place quiet and peaceful. For the Seattle area, pretty good value.
Disliked: The room had only the one door and the one window, both of which to the shared veranda. So getting any natural light or airing the room out were both impossible without opening up to passers by.

Don't Expect To Much!!

Liked: The bed was okay.
Disliked: 1) There was no coffee maker or coffee in the kitchen in your studio room. We ask for one three times and there was never one available. 2) There were two people in the room with one bar of soap. For two days reservation3) It lists that there is breakfast included (NOT TRUE) What they consider as breakfast are two large coffee pots, a three tier rack with 2" chocolate or blue berry muffins, another rack with packs of cocoa and packs of oatmeal. (THAT'S IT) Hope you enjoy you breakfast. Oh, and by the way don't take more that two people the room is very small with one table, one chair and a sofa. We won't be staying there again, that is for sure. And another thing, no one is at the service desk most of the time you have to call them from a back room or there is a sign that says returning soon. Service is very bad. We didn't receive a check out invoice because there was no one there to give us one. We gave up waiting for them.

Liked: Room was on ground floor.
Disliked: Room was dirty. White socks turned black. No toilet paper or cups of any kind. Threadbare towels. No one at front lobby desk. Eventually a long line developed. Took 45 minutes too check in. Called the number provided in the lobby to get help. Spoke to live person 3 times. Different people. They kept saying I’m just the call center call the help number. After explaining that is what was done and the problem about trying to check in. They said. “Thank you for letting us know” and hung up.
