Liked: The location
Disliked: stayed one night, left because of "plumbing issue" and never got a refund issued to me because of the lack of communication between the hotel and Booking.com. I will never use booking.com again.

Liked: I liked the staff , I didn't like the breakfast. Even for that price point there are other local hotels that provide a significantly better breakfast

Last stay

Liked: It was good. Because this will be the last time we stay here. Due to moving into an office space close by.
Disliked: Sometimes the rooms weren't too clean, the maids missed a few areas sometimes. But I know we all make mistakes. I feel when washing towels they should smell like bleach because then you know they were cleaned. Since prices are going to keep going up. Being able to make bed sheets, towels smell like bleach is going to get tough. But at least they should smell like they have just been cleaned. Even if they have been sitting for a day or two.
