It was uncomfortable due to...

Liked: Breakfast is no good, mire like snacks.
Disliked: That i reserved a clean room and got a room that is old and next on the list for renovation.

We were very comfortable! It...

Liked: The kitchenette was great with our week long stay! Hotel also offered dishes to accommodate the kitchenette!
Disliked: Audits start at 12am not accommodating delays.

I learned to not book...

Liked: Bathroom was clean
Disliked: Check in personnel stated they did not work with Booking.com and charged us for a second night. The stay had been paid prior to check in. We had to make several phone call to correct the charges.Duct tape to hold down the carpet between kitchen area was terrible. Breakfast was a coffee pot with a ultra processed muffin or breakfast bar.

Liked: Location was minutes to all the needed places
Disliked: Lack of extra amenities, no true breakfast, And the exit stairs smelled like a barn every day that we stayed there, and it was very strong. Also, on the third floor towards the end of the hall, there was a very strong, wet dog smell. There were people loitering in the laundry, and vending area that looked like they were up to no good

A good value and everything...

Liked: ( I liked the many amenities like dishes and a full sized fridge. I was happy with most everything except what I wrote about the dog. The little things add up and there was many of those compared to other places I've started. Price was
Disliked: I was not allowed to extend my visit, because my 7 lb service dog wasn't on a leash. I was told once before she has to be leashed and I said sorry. Then the manager instructed me to "pick her up then". I thought she could be unleashed if I was holding her. Wrong. Obviously. I had to tell you twice.. she said to me. Well, she didn't HAVE TO.
