Liked: Close to airporr
Disliked: Un safe area, no ice machine, no hair dryer in room, Dirty, large dogs in room on same floor, transients all around building

Asked for maintenance to replace...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: No lights on the bathroom, lights and fan didn’t work on the stove.

Liked: Faith is sweet, friendly, helpful, and efficient.
Disliked: Everything about the pet room (420) could have been better.All the furniture is old, one of the lights didn't even work, and the air conditioning was terrible.The television set itself is old, the cable system is antiquated.There was even a stain on the wall, and a disassembled smoke detector sitting on the counter.The location has potential, but I woke up to a crackhead dancing with his sign inside of the parking lot.

Disliked: The Staff Was Extra Rude and Not having the right appropriate manner towards a DISABLED CUSTOMER WHO HAS A HARD TIME MOVING AROUND IN his Wheelchair.. and I'm His Care Giver!! I'm so disappointed in this companies Behavior! It was Very unprofessional! And They Charged my card anyways!! She asked us to leave!! I'm so upset and Mt patient was embarrassed!

Disliked: I went in and I even left a message saying that I will be driving from salt lake city to kent wa and when I got there hotel, hotel staff told me “I don’t know why they book you a room but we don’t have any room available for you” I want my refund please I didn’t get to stay in hotel and please check your records and camera and see it yourself that I did not offer to stay in your hotel and please get me my refund please (sorry but I was really disappointed because I drove 14 hours to get to that hotel and I was told I won’t be getting a room.
