Liked: I did not like anything of this hotel.
Disliked: My first time booking with Extended Stay America and I don't think I would book again. First of all, they had more residence stay vs guests. Walked into my room, turned on the light and it flickered for 30 secs before it stayed on (this is Everytime we turned on the light). After the flickering light, the bed was not made. Although, the bathroom was stocked with tp and towels. I went downstairs to speak with the clerk and showed her the photo of the bed. She gave me new sheets that I had to switch myself. Also, the table between the bed and kitchen was not cleaned. The next morning, went down stairs for breakfast and it was not breakfast at all. Just a bar with coffee and muffins.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast? More like morning coffee.
Disliked: The room was visibly dirty, as if only major traffic areas had been swept and the rest left untouched. Hair in the shower tub too.

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: This seems to be a transitional living facility. Did not feel very safe. Kitchens had fridge, microwave, stove. But everything else (dishes, flatware, pans, coffee maker) was by request only. Would not stay again.

Disappointing

Liked: Affordable price with a convenient location. A place to wash your clothes. Close to Seattle but also reasonable distance to Vancouver.
Disliked: The staff left something to be desired. The front desk seemed more interested in chatting with their friends than checking in the guests. It’s also not great when a place advertising breakfast reportedly ran out of food days ago. They also reported that there was ongoing construction with a risk for tire injury which definitely impacted my ability to enjoy my stay.
