Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Bellevue - Factoria

Definitely not worth the price - especially since we didn't need the kitchen facility. I'd pay a few more dollars and stay in a more comfortable room with better beds and linens.

Liked: Front desk people were friendly and helpful. It is fairly convenient to the freeway, but not so much to Snoqualmie, though at this point, not much is. I'd probably opt for Issaquah next time.
Disliked: Very uncomfortable pillows and mattresses. Towels were very course.

Overpriced, minimal stay

Liked: Very convenient to byway and Seattle. Quiet.
Disliked: Should not say breakfast included. It should say continental breakfast and that’s a stretch. Horrible offerings.

Liked: The surrounding area had good grocery stores and a great selection of restaurants.
Disliked: The room was very dated, stained carpet, broken down couch. Not 100% clean. The property itself was very dirty.

Disliked: The room had signs of black mold in the bathroom . Bed was extremely uncomfortable. The parking spots were very close to each other. Made it hard to get into your vehicle. Lobby hours are not customized for those who need to check out earner.
