Liked: Breakfast is not good, They only serve coffee, instant oatmeal and a mediocre muffin, not even a table to sit.

Disliked: We arrived and they have no bathrooms on the lobby they didn’t say there was gonna be an additional deposit at arrival and then because they take so long my partner had a PTSD moment they called the police we made contact nobody was arrested officer understood but they proceeded to run my card and then kick us off the property while still trying to charge for the second room not to mention I got charged a second time $104 plus change on the 6 of this month when we got kicked out on the 5th I we ended staying elsewhere and I couldn’t even book on here because the reservation staid active all the days I had booked it for I would like my money back also they refunded $132.79 I need my entire money back what they refunded was $132.79 but they charged $265.58 on arrival on the 5th and $104.54 the next day the 6@12:26am at that and only returned $132.79 on the 7th balance still owed to me and I do expect that back $237.33 they don’t know how to treat people not to mention my card got ran over 8 times and I had a hard time trying to book because they failed to cancel reservation and continued to charge after they kicked us off their property well so sorry that my husband had a PTSD moment and so sorry he served 2 tours for this country this hotel had no respect and I expect my money back asap other than that I have had a wonderful experience with booking.com and had never been treated the way I did that day all while my children waited In The car for us ti pay for rooms
