Amazing customer service! Would totally...

Liked: The most amazing customer service! I booked a room through bookings around 1am. When I arrived, the desk clerk couldn't find my booking. He called the manager from home and the manager ended up upgrading my room, although they only charged me the price from bookings. I ended up getting a two night stay for the price of one! The manager was extremely kind and emphatic. The desk clerks were great as well. The room was clean, huge and well worth it! I would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: It would nice for them to have more grass for dogs to use the bathroom.

Disliked: Very basic hotel with few included amenities, but great rates. My biggest issue was the lack of free basic television. They do have a few subscription sites (if you currently subscribed to one), but not Sling, which would have at least given me access to national news.
