Disliked: Very basic hotel with few included amenities, but great rates. My biggest issue was the lack of free basic television. They do have a few subscription sites (if you currently subscribed to one), but not Sling, which would have at least given me access to national news.

Liked: They have changed their staff recently. The old staff was great. The new staff is is very poorly trained and inexperienced. AVOID

Clean, good value but didn’t...

Liked: It was clean and a good value
Disliked: At 3am(!!!) there was a knock on our door. When looking through the peep hole in the door, there was a guy standing there. He had a full beard, a backpack and other stuff. We didn’t answer his knock but I’m sure he could tell we were awake and whispering inside. He kept on knocking every few minutes without saying anything. We call the front desk and the only person on staff was a young woman who said she would check it out. The knocking stopped and we didn’t see the guy anymore. When it was time for us to leave at 3:30am (we had an early flight from SfO) we call the front desk again and asked her to meet us at our door to ensure the guy was gone. It was freaky and scary. I was glad I wasn’t alone. They should definitely lock the doors into the hotel at night to make sure wired people don’t just randomly walk in off the street. Not acceptable!

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Not enough washcloths for two people Pool was closed

Disliked: Waited 20mn for the check-in, they weren't sure if the room was clean or not ,they couldn't find my name on the system, very noisy with loud music and there's people fighting outside the hotel for more than two hours,

Liked: The room was great. However, it did t have any dishes or silverware. And I could t get extra blankets. The halls smelled really bad. Everywhere besides the room smelled bad.
