Liked: Close to event we were attending and close to restaurants and shopping
Disliked: The bed mattress was too firm 😞

Liked: You have to ask at the front desk for all kitchen utensils. They could provide a little more fresh food for breakfast. It is a quick breakfast.

Disliked: We had a Late check in during the systems “night audit” & we had to wait 10 minutes for staff to come out and about 15-20 more minutes to even get into our room.

Liked: Location was great. Amenities were great to have on an extended stay.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable. Had to open windows when cooking. Cooking utensils weren't provided in the hotel room.

Liked: The gentleman that was there that checked us in had excellent customer service.
Disliked: The first room is on the 2nd floor and we couldn't get into the room the card reader wasn't working and had to go downstairs The customer service representative was busy gave me a working key went back upstairs opened the door and the stench was horrendous. The tub really needed resurfacing it's peeling makes it look worse even dirtier I went back downstairs and gave us another room and went back upstairs and opened the .. 2nd room stunk horrible. .. this is hotel is in Desperate need of some serious deep cleaning they stink the whole room the carpets are dirty the room is dirty.. It was a horrible experience. Will never recommend this hotel. Ended up driving back home in the middle of the night. Oh forgot to mention as we were leaving there were possums raccoons and skunks all together mind you ..they were eating out of plates that people left for them to eat It was actually comical the talk of the night ..
