Disliked: bed very springy/uncomfortable, 1st room was not ready (towels on floor, bed was not made) , 2nd room did not have cups, TV remote or tv cables, 3rd room bed was uncomfortable

Liked: Towels, tub, sheets, pillows and beds were really clean & comfortable
Disliked: No breakfast, hallways stunk, paint & repairs SEEM to be in some sort pause. The fridge was disgusting. Suite was not even close to being like any pictures online or in promotional posters on site.

Waste of money when your...

Liked: Times are hard, I'm handicap I wanted a day away from it all. Requested a handicap shower, I sent an email left a message. It said pets are accepted didn't see anything about how much. I emailed as well. I called nobody answered. I get there no handicap bathroom. I was worried about falling. Room was on the second floor n far from elevator. Getting there was hard I was exhausted by the time I got there. Room smelled description of place said recently renovated.. maybe 20 years ago. Breakfast said good.. coffee and a bar some hot chocolate packs.. why did I even wake up for that. Just a waste of my money when I just wanted to get out. Wasn't cheap cost 150 before tax and 25$ per pet. I asked for help they saw a handicap woman struggling. Water in shower wouldn't turn off heard it all night. If you know you have someone coming why not turn refrigerator on? I had to turn it on n wait for it to get cool. Well I'm done complaining it's making me sad I spent the money

Fantastic my stay exceeded my...

Liked: I loved the stay the staff and overall the space. Susana made my stay worth it for sure she is so amazing and full of energy always ready to help and gives service with a smile. She was fabulous and made me feel at home she truly cares for all clients at this hotel. Highly recommend her for all booking meds thank you Susana.
Disliked: The breakfast was not actually breakfast just muffins and coffee/granola bars and oatmeal packets. Maybe eggs and bacon would be nice or some fruit at least just Sharing.
