Liked: The room was filthy and smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that a device to attempt to remove the smoke smell was left in my room. My room also didn’t have any pillows. I returned from my event and found that the device had been removed, so I knew someone entered my room with all of my belongings in there without my knowledge. I told the staff that I couldn’t stay in the room and requested to cancel my bookings, they were very helpful, friendly and wonderful about my request. In short, the staff was great about handling my request but the room was so terrible I couldn’t stay there. Booking.com still hasn’t completed my refund that was initiated by the staff
