Liked: I've stayed here several times, the rooms are clean and the staff is amicable and professional.
Disliked: That there aren't any utensils readily available in the room or a coffee maker.

Liked: Everything is running smooth, cleanness, the room is Lilke a big studio,A.C super quiet & cold ❄
Disliked: Wasn't to crazy about the color of the pool but not that it was not clean but not clear enough. All of the surrounding of it was on very secure & love that it had a gate & key code

Didn’t get any rest ....
Liked: Nothing at all . It completely changes since the last time we were there.
Disliked: Unclean, unprofessional and didn’t have any type of hospitality skills. Very rude and disrespectful.

Disliked: It was not clean at all. I tried to make a call to the front desk and the phone was leaking some type of fluid from the receiver.

Disliked: Appliances did not work, water in the kitchen sink was shut off, matrass was very uncomfortable, panel on the wall was removed and was never put back so i enjoyed al the pipes insight the wall. Vending machine was off for 2 days in a row, so there was no chance to buy a bottle of water. Hot water to make a tea or coffee was not an option at the reception every time breakfast was over. Pricewise it is okay, but if you are looking for some comfort - this is not a place.

I’m happy to have found...
Liked: The bed was very comfortable.The kitchen was roomy.
Disliked: I did not realize that there would be no dishes or cookware. I was just happy to find a room on Final Four weekend.The bathroom shower curtain was inadequate at blocking all the water from spilling out onto the floor. The room is best at accommodating someone in a wheelchair. The shower has a wand rather than a shower head fixed to the wall. The facility does not provide wake up calls, but that is a service I typically research and depend on for weekend trips. When I explained my problem with that to the woman at the desk, she accommodated me with a solution, and I told her before I left that I appreciated her solution for my problem.
