Disliked: The parking was a challenge with the Chick-fil-A traffic sharing the same entrance and exit for the hotel. Also the bed was very uncomfortable in room 101.

Fun convenient comfortable stay

Liked: The location is perfect- easy walk to all the stores and restaurants in Sugar house. Having a full size fridge was nice.
Disliked: When we first arrived the line of cars for chick fillet interfered w the entrance to the hotel. There r work around once u become familiar w the property. And unfortunately our feet did become dirty when walking barefoot in room.

Would stay here again

Liked: Location and proximity to shopping, restaurants, parks, etc. located right next to a hidden gem called Hidden Hollow. Nice little walking trail with parleys creek running through it.
Disliked: The presentation and property of the hotel could use a face lift

Disappointing

Liked: location, access to a beautiful park
Disliked: Stove grill hadn't been cleaned, stains and spills and grease all over. It made me question the cleanliness of the room overall. See photo below. Management informed but made no attempt to correct.
