Liked: It's very clean I like the kitchenette
Disliked: I loved it

Liked: Front desk associate was so nice. Room was clean. Location is convenient to get around Sacramento.
Disliked: Homeless and drugs are very present, dealers live here. Lots of dogs. Front door wouldn't shut,had to slam it. No parking for large vehicles such as moving trucks and motorhomes.

Liked: I liked that they had more then enough towels stocked in the room. I also loved that they had dishes and utensils for our used upon request.
Disliked: The TV remote did not work well. We had a hard time controlling the TV with it.

Disappointing

Disliked: There were no USB charging outlets, no chair at desk/table area.

Eh

Liked: The value cannot be beat, but that is pretty much it unfortunately
Disliked: The guests that frequent this institution are just a bit uncomfortable as they lurk outside and feel particularly shady.

Disliked: I booked a reservation late. When I got there, (12 am) there were 2 people in front of me. (Only 1 at a time in their lobby) They helped the other guests WHILE WE WAITED OUTSIDE in the cold (37 degrees). At 12:34 am we were informed that they had to do their nightly audit and that they would be closed for at least an hour. We could wait or come back. I left and came back approx. 12:52 still waiting in my car to get my room key. Two other people went to the window and used the guest after hours phone. No one answered. One of them was a couple with two small children. They too were outside in the cold.I canceled my reservation with booking.com but the hotel tried to charge me anyway. For not staying because I left after 2+ hours of waiting. I think I should be compensated for the inconvenience of having to get another room elsewhere but they want to charge me!

Disliked: Ac/heater did not work. Beds were uncomfortable, furnishings were dirty, old , I didn't even shower there because it was so bad. Counter had graffiti tagging scratches on them as well at other surfaces. It was what I would call ghetto
