Extended Stay America Suites - Sacramento - South Natomas

I'm not going to recommended to anybody; really poor service; not a clean place.

Disliked: Disappointed because I reserved a non smoking room and they gave me a room with a really smell bad; smelled like a dog slept in the bed; amenities that I requested - none were available like an extra pillow, no toothpaste or toothbrush in a bathroom.

Sorry but it was honestly...

Disliked: THERE WERE ROACHESTHE STOVES HAVE NOT BEEN CLEANED FOR DECADESSSSDUST EVERYWHEREBLANKETS WERE ON ONE BED AND MISSING ON THE OTHER BEDLIGHTS DID NOT WORKWas switched to another building in another room but even thenROOM SMELLED LIKE CAT PEE/POOPHAIR DRYER WAS BROKENIRON WAS OLD AND MESSED UP MY CLOTHES

My Go- to hotel never...

Liked: I missed the breakfast for sleeping but the staff was great, welcoming and professional.
Disliked: The beds were a Full size

Liked: The surrounding area is active at night and doesn't feel completely safe, there is nothing I liked about this place but I had to spend a night somewhere.
Disliked: Sketchy groups and individuals passing by the doors, windows at night, even standing right behind doors, listening to you. The doors had a gap and let all the noise from outside, it also didnt feel safe because of that so I barricaded them with an armchair for the night. The place is far from clean and sanitized. All the cabinets and corners of furniture had some kind of old sticky gunk, what turned out to be feces of mice and cockroaches. Later during my stay I found live cockroaches running arround and that was the last straw. If I knew, I would never have stayed in such a place, it shook me. I would like to get a refund if it is possible, that could count as a trauma, not a stay.

Disliked: They double booked so they didn’t have any available room for my family, it was okay if only they told us before we drove and got there.

Disliked: While checking in or out the front desk personal forgot to return my CA ID card which is still at your location Manager has in safe.
