Extended Stay America Suites - Sacramento - South Natomas

I'm not going to recommended to anybody; really poor service; not a clean place.

Disliked: Disappointed because I reserved a non smoking room and they gave me a room with a really smell bad; smelled like a dog slept in the bed; amenities that I requested - none were available like an extra pillow, no toothpaste or toothbrush in a bathroom.

Very good and satisfied

Liked: Breakfast was great and location was great

Disliked: They double booked so they didn’t have any available room for my family, it was okay if only they told us before we drove and got there.

Disliked: While checking in or out the front desk personal forgot to return my CA ID card which is still at your location Manager has in safe.

Liked: The location was good, the people who work there seem to be nice
Disliked: You could definitely tell the shower wasn't clean( it had hair at the bottom of the tub). The dresser front of the door under the TV was off and sitting to the side. The bed seem to have a dent on one side due to wear & the toilet wasn't as clean as it usually is when I stay there

Not Good

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: What a pig stye. Filthy with garbage cans outside overflowing. Cigarette butts covering every square inch of the property and empty coffee cups and soda cups laying everywhere. A lazy groundskeeper or not at all. The room had cigarette burns all over the vanity and when I arrived at 9pm, my door, to my room, was open. I almost did NOT walk in because I am a solo traveler. That was very disconcerting. Oh, ground floor, outdoors door, so anyone could have been in the room.

Liked: quiet and location that's about it
Disliked: they was a cockaroches in the room smelled like dog urine horribly. the front desk never accepted the booking .com email and made me pay for the stay in full. horrible service I shielded Gerald my confirmation email and never took it and made me pay
