Extended Stay America Suites - Rockford - I-90

Was nice and clean enough. Was average.

Liked: Convenient to the concert venue.
Disliked: Could have offered better amenities.

Liked: didn’t see much of the property got in late
Disliked: that there are rooms on the 1st floor right next to the trash room, storage room and ice maker machine and when people use them at a late hour of the night you hear everything. The few rooms that are around the corner from the trash and storage room have an outside door and again when people arrive at late hours of the night you hear everything. I know this because I stayed in one of those rooms by the trash and storage rooms recently

Disliked: Everything was very old and in need of updating, there was a faint smell of body sweat, bathroom sink was cracked and quite dirty, beds old needing replacement badly.

Disliked: When we pulled up associates were sitting outside smoking. Very unprofessional. No hot breakfast and for the price there should be.
