Liked: The brand 'Extended Stay America' is well-known, but I never realized that not every location is the same. I wish I could believe people's reviews and had not booked this location.
Disliked: If you don't like room service (cleaning), then this hotel location is best for you, as they have a policy of no cleanup on request if your stay is less than a week. Lol!
