Disliked: Our shower didn’t work. Windows did not lock.

Disliked: Not enough toiletries, breakfast doesn’t have enough choices

It exceeded my expectations for...

Liked: The rooms were very large, beds and pillows were comfortable. I also liked the layout of the room and there was a complete kitchen. The front office attendant, Sophia, was exceptionally accommodating.
Disliked: There weren’t any utensils or pots in my kitchen.I would like more variety during breakfast.

Liked: I stay for 7nighys and rooms were never cleaned. I was later told I was supposed to request a cleaning even though that was not told to me during check in. The smell in the room was very bad. Ironing board was broken and could not stand up right.
