Liked: Need more support in the customer service department. The gentleman in the Am was nice he was from San Jose Ca.Everybody needed training

Liked: Location. Cleanliness. Kitchenette
Disliked: The strong pushback from staff at my request for extra towels! After washing/cleansing my body from head to toe with a washcloth on day one will result in a dirty towel on day two! You may not have a problem using the same towel to wash your face, Miss Ma’am, but I do! So thank you for your bathing advice, but I will require extra towels!

Wasn't bad, wasn't great.

Liked: Good location. Easy parking. Room was mostly clean. Lots of amenities in the room.
Disliked: There was a check in delay for almost an hour. There was a dirty rag left in the bathroom when we arrived. The beds are not very comfortable. I do appreciate the small credit that they gave us on the bill.

Clean, comfortable and a GREAT...

Liked: It was a great value, very clean, very comfortable.
Disliked: This may seem picky, but it was annoying! The TV had a blue hue on every channel and the curtain wouldn't close all the way. There was about a 3-in Gap in the curtains when closed. My room faced the parking lot with all the bright lights. It literally lit up my room. I tried to hang towels but they weren't long enough.

Disliked: It smelled horrible throughout because of the pets' smell!!
