Passable

Wasn't bad, wasn't great.

Liked: Good location. Easy parking. Room was mostly clean. Lots of amenities in the room.
Disliked: There was a check in delay for almost an hour. There was a dirty rag left in the bathroom when we arrived. The beds are not very comfortable. I do appreciate the small credit that they gave us on the bill.

Clean, comfortable and a GREAT...

Liked: It was a great value, very clean, very comfortable.
Disliked: This may seem picky, but it was annoying! The TV had a blue hue on every channel and the curtain wouldn't close all the way. There was about a 3-in Gap in the curtains when closed. My room faced the parking lot with all the bright lights. It literally lit up my room. I tried to hang towels but they weren't long enough.

Disliked: It smelled horrible throughout because of the pets' smell!!

Liked: Breakfast was so-so. Location was great for the convention center. Staff was super friendly.
Disliked: No cups in the room, and they forgot to bring them when I asked. No hair dryer in the room. Breakfast was ok; not much selection. I was originally assigned the wrong room and walked in on sometime undressing!

Better hotels across the street

Disliked: Rude front desk person who checked us in. She made it should like we were plucky to have a room at over $200 a night. Whole 3rd floor reeked of foul cooking smell and yapping puppy. “grab and go breakfast” is a joke. They quickly ran out of breakfast items like hot chocolate and refused to restock,

Disliked: Just wish could check in early
