Extended Stay America Suites - Red Bank - Middletown

Clean and quiet at an affordable price - the kitchen area was a plus!

Cast of characters outside smoking...

Liked: Cost. Room was ok, fridge was nice. Bathroom was above average.
Disliked: Heavy smell of smoke in our first room. We called front desk and asked to be moved. The 2nd room was much better, however later in the evening, our neighbor decided to light up some marijuana and made our room smell until they were done. All rooms were supposed to be smoke free.

Exceptional

Liked: I absolutely love this facility. All the staff is so friendly.
Disliked: Most times, we never have a complaint, and if there is, we tell the staff upon check out.

Liked: Okay for what we needed, one night stay visiting friends in the area

Great place to stay

Liked: First, the staff at the desk were great. Always asked us how things were and if we needed anything. Room was clean, bathroom great, plenty of hot water. Overall, it's just a nice place to stay plus accepting our dog. People with dogs know how difficult it is to travel with them. At the opposite end of the state in Cape May we have a wonderful B &B we go to that also accepts pets. If we're heading back to Red Bank this is the place we'll stay. Also great location. The only thing I would recommend is a grab bar entering/ exciting the bath/shower.

Liked: 1 thing I wasn't happy about was the smell ( but I do understand that ppl live there and obviously cook).2nd was the Chromecast on the TV, it said to connect to "Evolve" and scan the QR code...I did that but Evolve was not even an option. So we couldn't connect to watch anything from our streaming services except for Netflix which was on the TV already.
