Liked: The staff tried their best to be accommodating
Disliked: The place is really runned down, disorganized and dirty

Liked: The hotel was a great location near gas areas and food places being that I had children with me on this outting. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping always kept a smile on his face. I would book this area again the kids loved it.
Disliked: It was in the process of revamping so the halls were a little cluttered at first, some of the tenants were loud and the pets were barking, I went down one hall and it smelled of dog poop very strong odor it wasn't the hall that I was booked on so I did not revisit that hall during my stay, Overall the tenants were nice and kept the outside very clean after themselves. 9 The pool Area was very clean minus a few towels and smoke packages that some tenants left behind after swimming And the breakfast was not as expected but for what it's worth packets of oatmeal, grits coffee and nutragrain fruit bars are better than nothing and occasionally some muffins .I give this stay a 9 and will rebook this area for the covienence of the location.

Liked: THE POOL WAS AMAZING! THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK NAMED TIFFANY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND VERY NICE. TIFANY TOOK THE TIME TO HELP US WITH A BOOKING.COM PROBLEM AND ENSURED THAT WE WERE ABLE TO EXTEND OUR STAY ANOTHER DAY.
Disliked: WE REQUESTED A KING SIZE BED AND RECEIVED 2 FULL SIZE BEDS. THE LIGHT IN THE BATHROOM DID NOT WORK, HALF OF OUR STOVE WORKED, THE PHONE IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK. WHEN WE WENT DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK THE FIRST NIGHT THE LADY ON THE COUNTER WAS LOST AND TOLD US THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY ROOMS LIKE WE BOOKED. THE TV ALSO HAD LINES IN IT LIKE SOMEONE HAD THROWN SOMETHING AT IT.

Liked: The water was hot.
Disliked: The unit was very old. The carpet was dirty, the room it itself was not cleaned properly. There was a hole in the fridge door, one of the two burners worked and. it was covered in black stuff. Y’all advertise that the kitchen comes fully equipped however that’s false because front desk informed me that I had ti come to the front desk to get everything I would need for the kitchen. Once I got down there she told me they were out of stuff. The room slept 4 people so it should have 4 towels sets however it was 4 stained bath towels, 2 stained hand towels and 2 stained washcloths. I called to get more but I was told that they could take the towels I had put my room number on it and it could be washed. So I just went out and brought towels for me and my family. There was ceiling damage in the bathroom, under bathroom sink, under island in kitchen. There was ac by the bed had a dent in it . Also, I’m not sure if someone was living here before by the same last name but after I got checked in a piece of mail was hanging in our door, no knock nothing. I understand that I wasn’t going to get the highest quality but y’all don’t have the basics.
