Disliked: When I arrived at 5pm the lady at the counter said she had no rooms ready for me to check into after a long day that’s the last thing I wanted to hear I said no worries I’ll grab a bite to eat I’ll be back in an hour The first room they gave me had urine all over the seat the staff was pleasant apologized and gave me another roomThe next rooms blinds were being held open on either side by what looked like two condoms floor was dirty didn’t even look like the floor was moppedI grabbed my bag and went down to the front desk and said I won’t be staying in this hotel and I want my money back

Liked: Staff was friendly. Accommodating when asked for missing items the room
Disliked: There was no toilet paper, towels, soap or shower curtain. I also reserved a room with 2 beds but when I arrived there was only one mattress. The other bedframe was empty. All of these options are unacceptable

Disliked: This is was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.As we check in to the hotel everything was dirty. The entrance, the lobby, the elevator and the corridor. We got keys to the room, 228. We go up and there is a very heavy smell of Marijuana.We walk in the room and the room is occupied…!We go back down to the front desk and they realized they made a mistake!!We get a new room we didn’t have towels, we didn’t have soap, room was not clean and strong smell of smoking. At night we had noise until 2:30-3 am we called the front desk with no real success.This morning I spoke with Troy in the front desk who acknowledged and understood what i was referring to and told me that this isn’t not a real hotel but it’s marketed as one… It seemed that this is more like a shelter/or a low income housing.Very very bad experience.

Do not recommend

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Location was close to attractions we wanted to see.
Disliked: Facility was dirty. There was trash in the hallway, room floor was sticky, and there was vomit on the sidewalk when we left. There were no pillowcases or towels in the room, which the desk did provide when asked. Hotel is next to the freeway, so it was very noisy. Bring earplugs.
