Disliked: When I asked for another room key for my room they did not confirm my ID or anything about my reservation. If I was traveling alone that would be terrifying that just anyone could ask for a key for my room and be handed one without any security process.

Liked: I have been there twice and this lady who works there is always polite and she gave me extra pillows when I asked. She is very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable
