Extended Stay America Suites - Princeton - South Brunswick

They started off by giving me the wrong room in a smoking wing which I did not ask for. Walking off the elevator you were hit with a wall of smoke. Then it took our key a good 10 swipes to open the door. When we got in there was another foul smell of smoke - the room just felt dirty. So after all that we went back down to tell them they had us in the wrong room, and the young man at the desk had obviously no clue what he was doing, so that didn't help. Oh and by free breakfast they mean pre-wrapped muffins and granola bars - don't get your hopes up! In my final opinion this hotel felt dirty and the smell of smoke was everywhere - I do not recommend this to anyone.

Disliked: The ceiling of my room dripping water from the upstairs air conditioner The lock to the room opened only 1 out of 5 attempts.The worse part filthy floors that after the 1st day I had to throw my socks out picture added.The air conditioner sounded like afreight train so I couldn't use it at night.

Liked: This is the first time is stayed at the Extented Stay America, All the Staff were welcoming Especially Maria and Wesley who I have been interacting quite frequently. All the staff members were very friendly and made my stay very comfortable. Only one feedback. If there can be some provision made for customers luggage to be kept securely they come in early till they check into the room.would be very helpful.

Acceptable and friendly budget hotel

Liked: It was easy to book this hotel. The location, right on Rte 1, is good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was right considering we knew we wouldn't be spending much time in the room. The bed was comfortable and we slept pretty well.
Disliked: Look, this is a budget hotel. You can't expect it to be luxurious. The fixtures are all a bit dated and faded: trim that doesn't fit that well, light water damage in different areas. It isn't even a criticism, it's just inevitable at this price point. The Nassau Inn is $300, the Graduate is $600, this is $150.
