A disappointment, only good thing...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: It’s gone downhill since our last time staying there!There were 4 of us staying there, a teen & 6 yr old.There was no bedding for the hide a bed, we had to ask for that. There were only 2 chairs to use for the table, had to ask for chairs. Weren’t enough towels,washcloths for 4 people.Needed a cart to load all our things to the car, couldn’t find one, my husband went to front desk to ask, told you might need to look on other floors. He did & didn’t find one.The room had a funny smell. We will not stay there again.

We stayed 2 nights and...

Liked: There was a shower and air conditioner as advertised.
Disliked: No coffee maker, room had kitchen but nothing to cook or eat with. Booking said breakfast was provided but it was only a coffee bar. Staff was unpleasant. Ants in our room

Decent but not worth what...

Liked: Suite was good size, big fridge and a kitchen sink
Disliked: It needs renovation, neighboring rooms were noisy, back door exit to street didn't lock, had to wait for fresh towels

Good

Liked: It was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: There was obvious water damage in the bathroom as the flooring was curling. This should probably be fixed soon as water dripping from the tub is allowed to access the subflooring and could cause molding issues.

Would not stay again.

Liked: Excellent location.
Disliked: Access door didn’t lock or even shut without pulling. People mingling in halls outside door at all hours. People smoking right outside access door which was 2 feet from our room door. Smelled like fish and other food cooking the entire time. Pillows need to be replaced, they were so flat and uncomfortable. Not enough supplies for kitchenette. They had no pots or pans available and very limited random silverware, no bowls. It was not very clean. This is a very basic minimal comfort hotel.

Will stay there again.

Liked: Good value and great location with lots of restaurant choices. Close to my son's house, so this is my new Portland rest place.

Liked: It was near the shops
Disliked: They had drug addicts staying there and they are even around the outside of the property.. they let someone park their truck with an attached small trailer park along the handicap parking and blocking it when I had my special needs son with me .. my family members room had vomit on the bed, blood on the wall and it smell like smoke and she had a baby with her .. . they gave her another room but when she woke up .. there were ants all over the kitchen .. so she canceled the rest of her reservation and ended up leaving .. then to find out they still try to charge her eventhough they told her it would be comped

A waste of money. Wished...

Liked: I liked that it was convenient to work and my apartment while it was getting maintenance
Disliked: Staff not helpful at all. They were barely at the front desk. Hotel was $130-$160 a night and they never bothered to tell us they expected us to take our own garbage out and bring our dirty towels to the front desk and exchange for new one’s. Burners on stove did not work correctly, front desk was told and no one came to fix. Bed was super uncomfortable with kid sized Walmart pillows that cost about $2.50 ea. Mold around bathtub seal. Manager was rude when asking about housekeeping. Ding dongs and pop tarts out at breakfast time is not too cool after paying those type of prices. No value for the money spent!
