Disliked: Very disappointing stay. Despite calling ahead informing the property about our arrival time, we had to wait over an hour at check-in due to a system "audit." The entire property, including our room, had a strong, unpleasant smell.

Disliked: Room had some weird smells and it was missing soap and shampoo. Beds were supposed to be queen and we got 2 full beds instead. Additionally, there was hair in the bed linens and towels.

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: There wasn't soap, shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. I asked the front desk, and she said, "we usually do, but are out right now." She then opened a drawer and said here is some shampoo, handed me two bottles. In the morning, all that was available for breakfast was oatmeal packets. No spoons, no bowls, just the packs of oatmeal. They were also out of coffee. No staff to ask.
