Liked: The location waa exactly where I wanted to stay.
Disliked: My gf found a used sex toy beside the bed. On our 2nd night there. The remote did not have a back and was geld together by tape, so you have to push the battery in to use the rwmote. There was aanother guest at the hotel cinstantly bothering us for cigarettes when we didnt have any.

Liked: Toilet and shower both were not working and the alternative haven’t provided until last minute. In the last hour I got a spare room just to take shower.

Liked: We had a very bad experience with Extended Stay. We booked two rooms with full beds two days in advance and even called multiple times to confirm the booking. Each time, we were told that our reservation was confirmed. However, when we arrived at around 10:30 PM, they told us there were no rooms with 2 full beds available. They only offered rooms with queen beds or said we could cancel and find another place. We were two families traveling with 2 small children each , and it was extremely stressful to be told this so late at night, despite having a confirmed reservation.
Disliked: The receptionist and manager were very unhelpful and didn’t care about the customers. They didn’t give proper answers and acted irresponsibly. It was the most careless and negligent service we’ve ever experienced.
