Worrest and very bad

Liked: We had a very bad experience with Extended Stay. We booked two rooms with full beds two days in advance and even called multiple times to confirm the booking. Each time, we were told that our reservation was confirmed. However, when we arrived at around 10:30 PM, they told us there were no rooms with 2 full beds available. They only offered rooms with queen beds or said we could cancel and find another place. We were two families traveling with 2 small children each , and it was extremely stressful to be told this so late at night, despite having a confirmed reservation.
Disliked: The receptionist and manager were very unhelpful and didn’t care about the customers. They didn’t give proper answers and acted irresponsibly. It was the most careless and negligent service we’ve ever experienced.

Liked: I get along very well with the staff have been pretty much living there the last couple months and my friend and I both agree that it's like our second home these days
Disliked: There was one cranky old lady there that was it other than that was great
