Liked: I made reservation on booking. Com but they never received it. I waited at hotel for over a hour and eventually had to come out of pocket and pay again, I still have not received a refund. Please call me at 6693512025
Disliked: The staff went above and beyond but no reservation ever came in

Liked: Good location close to shops and restaurants
Disliked: Update mattress. Made my back ache. Update on iron and ironing board as well as couch. Had a tear. Towels that don't leave lint on your body.

Liked: The pool was open and cold but very nice Room was very clean Breakfast was okay
Disliked: The man in the hallway yelling at customers They don’t offer the service for me to cook in my room I feel that they should ask if you need supplies for cooking services in your room. I brought my own pots and pans and I forgot the place and the serving spoons. I asked Staff if they had some available I just feel that that’s something they should offer you upfront when you check in. Just ask if you need those supplies. Other than that, their staff was very helpful.

Disliked: They have a night audit. If you arrive after midnight you have to wait until 130 for the computer to check you in. First room I was sent to was filthy. The halls were filthy and elevator stickyThe second room had no ac or heat that worked. And one of the door locks was broken.No coffee.maker in the room.Dreadful experience. Never again
