Disliked: Room and hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. After one night, so did we...and our clothing.

Comfortable, peaceful, and straightforward.

Liked: The booking was easy. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and our stay easy. Our room was spacious and comfortable with two double beds and a fold out couch.
Disliked: I have nothing negative to say about the property. Our stay was pleasant and quiet, and a great value for the price.

Exceptional

It was beyond awesome.

Liked: The staff is by far the best I have ever seen! Our first hotel was a nightmare when we arrived, it had mold stains and the service was horrific. Wouldn't give our money back after showing them why we weren't staying. We left and booked our room at this hotel and when I arrived I told the lady what had happened and showed her the pictures. She couldn't believe her eyes. There were 5 of us so I asked if they had a cot we could use and unfortunately they ran out. So she said let me figure something our for you...a few minutes later she said how about I give you another room at no cost out of your pocket. She paid for our 2nd room because of how bad she felt. I tried to give her money but she refused to take it. Her and the rest of the staff were amazing. I also want to say how awesome the housekeepers are!

Disliked: We did not get the room we reserved on booking.com. It was suppose to be 2 beds and we got 1 queen bed. Nothing else was available somehow.
