Liked: The disrespect I experienced was unbelievable. After finding the door to my room open before I arrived, things were ok until the safety latch bolted itself with no one inside. The night clerk a) had no idea what to do but didn't share that fact, instead after moving like molasses and not saying one thing to me other than the original "what do you need?", he blamed me AFTER accusing me of trying to get into a room that wasn't mine and then purposefully dead bolting myself out. Then, after watching him bend the tool to open the door completely out of shape I asked what the tool was supposed to do, so maybe I could look up online something to help the situation. He then said "oh you think you know how to do this? Handle your business then" and walked away. My friend ended up figuring it out and after I tried to ask how this person would have preferred me to act to have gotten actual service, he responded "don't lock yourself out in the first place" so literally no intent on doing his actual job.Will never EVER stay here again. Ever. Being courteous isn't hard... And even if it was, it's your job. So literally did not one thing to help me and was an a$$hole about it on top of that. I'll go somewhere that if nothing else is nice to me. Not here. Do not stay here.

Liked: Horrible! The rugs are decades old and smell like urine and mildew with bits of trash all along the floor, the facilities and appliances are outdated and not well maintained. I couldn't even stay the night, appalling conditions to be honest. And no breakfast only nutragrain bars and coffee
