We would definitely stay here...

Liked: The mattress was extremely comfy. They brought up extra pillows within 5 minutes of us asking. The breakfast was nice for on the go. I didn't realize that they offered a free breakfast. The Blueberry muffins were wonderful. My husband said the coffee was very good. I had never stayed in a room that had a full sized refrigerator, a stove, and a sink. It had a microwave too. Very convenient.

Disliked: Small room, cheap looking. Had kitchen but little amenities to use it for three people.

Good stay overall

Liked: Clean room. Spacious with kitchenette. Thermostat was easy to work. That's a thing at other competitor stays elsewhere sometimes.
Disliked: Front desk staff isn't always available. I know that it is what it is at your chain of hotels. It's still an inconvenience at times. Patience is needed by guests unfortunately. We returned the coffee pot and hair dryer at the desk upon leaving. No one was there but there was a sign stating staff was with a customer. We waiting a fair while. Slid them behind the countertop. Ended up just leaving. But it's a worry that someone may take the items and then I possibly might be held liable.
