Liked: Convenient. Sheets and towels clean.
Disliked: Staff. The front desk person during check in was not nice. His responses to questions were very abrupt and borderline aggressive. I was not comfortable checking in. In general, at check in, is where I find the most important to feel good about staying there. It wasn’t just me but my family members also noticed as they said “this person did not want to be there”. There were roaches in the room also. Also at morning check out, the front desk was closed. There was no sign at all for instructions to those checking out early. No key drop off also. I took the keys with me and called later. They told me next time to leave the keys in the room.
