Disliked: I'm guessing they are understaffed. Front desk person was very nice. Halls seemed like they hadn't been vacuumed for a while, but room was pretty clean (still found things on the floor as if not vacuumed thoroughly). Room was spacious.

Disliked: The bathroom didn't have any of those mini shampoo and conditioner annnnd there was no hand soap where we could keep our hand clean!

Liked: The location was good. Close to Tempe Diablo Stadium. The staff were polite but not friendly. I don’t think a single smile was provided but I can understand this based on the condition of the hotel and seeing some of the long term residents. I think they knew that we would be unhappy with our stay.
Disliked: This facility is not family friendly at all. Despite requesting a crib upon booking, we weren’t informed until check in that the hotel does not have any cribs or pack and plays at the location. The hallways smelled of urine and smoke. The kitchenette sink was clogged. The bathroom door would not slide closed and based on the damage, it looked like it had been kicked in several times. There were no blankets for the pull out couch and all beds were very uncomfortable. The dirty floors were not appropriate for children. Overall this hotel left me with very concerning feelings. The breakfast offered was packets of oatmeal and very small muffins placed behind the front desk, which was unstaffed for the most part so there really wasn’t any access to the very limited offerings. I didn’t even see bowls and spoons available for the oatmeal.

Liked: We could see our truck through the window. The room had a fridge and a microwave which was useful. The room was big we had plenty of room to move around.
Disliked: The remote had a back plate missing when we got into the room. I heard a dog barking and I heard some laughter at the middle of the night.

Liked: Breakfast consisted of prepackaged muffins and coffee. It was tasty, but not what one expects when breakfast is advertised.
Disliked: You should put up front that the hotel does not accept prepaid cards of any kind. I can understand the rule, but if I had known up front I would have deposited the money into my actual bank account.

Bad

Disliked: The staff was very unhelpful regarding a check-in issue and refused to work with us to resolve it.
