Disliked: The lack of Customer Service the attitude I was given when I asked for my linen to be changed out. The bed was hard uncomfortable. The second clerk told me I had to bring the used towels down before I can get some new ones, the service just sucked and on top of the clerk told me I could check out very rude.

Liked: I was in king suite and I like two chairs and 24hr front desk I wish the showers had pull down shower head and burner only one worked but I love how most of the staff are friendly and I don’t feel like I’m wrong for asking anything
