Disliked: This is a very bad hotel. I have paid the full amount for two rooms on Booking.com and got confirmation from the hotel. But when I checked in, I was charged for an extra room. After many negotiations between the three parties, the hotel has not yet refunded the extra accommodation fee.

Liked: The location was fine.Air conditioner worked wonderfully despite close to or over 100 degrees outside. It ran on the quiet side.
Disliked: It's a little difficult to find... Two Extended Stay America across the street from each other. The room needs some attention. The kitchen area needs work. Edge of the countertop just painted over pressed (?) wood instead of filling it in, sanding, and then painting it. The Corian sink was showing its age. The furnture also.The cheap curtain separates the luggage storage area from the rest of the room.(It is always easier to find what one didn't like than one did.)

Disliked: Paid for wifi that didn't work Door was jacked up. Took a long time to get in. Long check in. Tv was broken. No cell phone service

Liked: Location was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The kitchen facilities were non-existant. The poster in the elevator said "fully equiped kitchens" - there was nothing provided. We had to request a coffee m/c; there was no cutlery, nothing.
