Superb

Liked: Clean
Disliked: We asked for pillow/blanket and were told no pillows and only one blanket. We needed it for the pull out couch.

Passable

Liked: Staff was great.
Disliked: Walked into the room and found the room not made and was dirty.

Adequate for one night stay

Liked: On a particularly hot day, I was pleased that the room's air conditioning was working properly.
Disliked: Breakfast was skimpy. Staff had to be asked to refill coffee on numerous occasions. Floors are not carpeted so I could hear people walking in room above mine. Water temperature in shower could not be adjusted, ran hot the whole time.

Disappointing

Liked: Nowhere was it disclosed I needed to pay an additional $100 deposit, on top of the rate of the room, and that photo ID was needed for ANY ADULT over 18 or we were being denied access to stay, even when a credit card was on file as well. Do not recommend.

Liked: That it had an elevator
Disliked: The room smelled like garlic and food splattered on the wall. Unknown substance splattered on all walls. A cockroach in the bathtub. Was out of coffee in the morning and minimum breakfast items

our stay was ok.

Liked: I like dates price
Disliked: the fact that check in took a while , we was on the third floor wish it could have been on the first floor but did not request that

Liked: Location wise it is very good.
Disliked: Wi-Fi and behavior of some of the staff.
