Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: I was not informed of the $100 deposit ahead of time. This cut into our spending money for our trip. The locks on the doors were faulty and made it difficult to get into our room. The lady who checked us out was a bit rude. The "complimentary breakfast" sucks. It's just grab and go muffins and oatmeal packets.

Liked: The kitchenette was convenient, the AC unit being accessible, the location was also good for our trip, the grab-and-go breakfast, the convenient parking, and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: Well during 2 of our meals we ordered to our room, we were swatting away baby flies/fruit flies the whole time. It was unappetizing. The pillows were uncomfortable and we had to buy our own pillows after the first night because we had a lot of back pain. The headboards were also awkward and hurt our necks to lean on them. Don't walk around barefoot because your feet will stick to the floor. The TV is very outdated and barely worked, we couldn't even pull up the guide. Our bathroom did not have a working fan, so it was suffocating to take a shower. There was also mold along the caulk in the shower.the counter is warped and unstable.

Disliked: We booked the hotel months ago. When we arrived at 10pm to check in, our room was sold. I had to pay for another two nights for a different room because I booked through booking.com and they would not answer. When we finally got a room, it reeked of sweat with a hint of urine. This smell would not go away, we opened the window, we even got spray from the front desk. Room 123 smells like a locker room. It was quite the experience the next morning at 11am when I was told I needed to leave because my room wasnt paid for after spending two hours the night before making sure everything was worked out. It cost me $600 total to stay here for two nights. Ive never in my life been so stressed out while on vacation. The ladies at the front desk do not get paid enough to deal with what they deal with. They are all so sweet and nice and did their best to help. This review is nothing to reflect on the front desk people, they are fantastic and truly tried all they could to help. That's the only good thing about this place.

Had to pay a $100 deposit plus room fee which I was not made aware of. Will be refunded to my account but not for 5-10 days. Instead of a $130 stay I now have paid $230. Unacceptable.
