Horrible Hotel - Requesting REFUND!

Disliked: Dirty, smelled, rooms not in good condition, reserved 4 rooms including an ADA room. The ADA room was not saved for me - I prepaid for the 4 rooms

Nightmare stay

Disliked: The tv bed was uncomfortable shower was making loud noise every time turn hot water on. Overall outdated I went to ask can I get a different room because it smelled like smoke was told it’s nothing they can do

Liked: Personal was very friendly and tried to help with everything
Disliked: The room was not cleaned well. There was no hairdryer in my room. The personel couldn’t give us a key for our booked room, so every time they had to open the room for us manually, it was very uncomfortable. They have only coffee, muffins, and quick oatmeal for breakfast, and it's located on a small table in a hallway, so you have to take what you want and eat in your room, which is really uncomfortable too.
