Disliked: I need to express my frustration with the recent check-in experience for our team. For three weeks, we have stayed at your property using an approved booking process where reservations are made under our supervisor’s name, with special notes listing the employees checking in. This process was approved to prevent costly no-show charges when employees’ plans unexpectedly change.Despite this arrangement being clearly noted and previously accepted, our team is now being given a hard time at check-in because the rooms are not under their individual names. This has created unnecessary delays and stress for our employees who are simply trying to check in and begin their work.

Liked: Check im was speedy
Disliked: Room smelled like animal urine, floor was sticky.receptiinist didnt charge the business card i brought. I requested to not use the card on file. I was tired and dint double check until after checked oit.
