A two-night stay
Liked: Was permitted to extend check out time an hour without an extra fee.
Disliked: It's called extended stay however the kitchen is completely bare. I mean not even a fork or a knife let alone dishes or a glass or anything. So if I was staying here long-term was I supposed to bring my own cooking material? Also, I asked the front desk for an extra pillow and they said they didn't have any because they were locked up in the safe and she didn't have the key. What? You lock your pillows up in a safe? And you don't have the key. That's insane. I only stayed here two nights because the electric was out at our apartment complex due to a recent storm and the explosion of a transformer there. But like I said the kitchen is absolutely useless. The burners are completely rusted and even if I had a pan to cook with I would not feel comfortable using them.

Horrible smelly dirty hotel.
Liked: Absolutely nothing except for the location.
Disliked: There was no breakfast as stated except for muffins. The room smells horrible and I was stuck in that room. Since I booked through bookings I couldn't get a refund.

Poor
Liked: Everyone was super nice
Disliked: York check-in, unable to get into my room for approx 30 mins due to a problem with the lock. Instead of giving me another room, she played with the door until it opened. Upon returning back was locked out for an additional hour plus for the same problem

Meh
Liked: Location
Disliked: Price for value, room was dusty and dirty, smelled like smoke and very dated. I would pay less than $100, but $180 was way too much for one night

Staff tried its best to...
Liked: I stayed at this location multiple times in the past. It is very convenient to my planned activities. BUT property management has been seriously compromised. I pre-booked on line nearly a month in advance. I arrived about 7:50 pm. The hotel was quite full but I was assigned to Room 127. There were new rules for kitchen equipment. I get it-I am sure that they lost inventory in the past. I got to my room. The kitchen light worked but the lights by the bed (2) would not turn on. I saw that they were florescent. When to the desk. No maintenance on site to replace bulbs. I asked for an extra desk lamp was told none available. After about 40 minutes of arguing with the desk clerk I went back to the room. Bed lights were working so I figured that the florescent bulbs were ancient. Bathroom light and fan were one unit-it sounded like a jet engine. Lowered the AC a bit and went to sleep. 4 times that nighttime was awakened by the AC unit loudly recycling white metal screeching and grinding. VERY loud. Next night same issues. Bed lights took 40 minutes to light up. The wall on button had a very loose connection. BUT the AC unit continued to wake me up roughly every 60 minutes. Leather recliner chair would not recline and it probably had not been dusted in over a month. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Floor and bathroom were clean.Breakfast was modest but convenient and I was pleased by the choice of tea. I don’t drink coffee at all BUT on Saturday, whoever did the breakfast set up put coffee in the hot water urn— SO no tea, hot chocolate or oatmeal. Did get fixed but only after I checked out of the hotel. Staff was nice but they could not fix broken items or make substitutions. Even the front desk printer was broken so I could not get a print out of my bill but one was emailed. SPEND some money on repairs and upgrades.
Disliked: The Mechanical issues in the room seem to have.been ignored for. LONG time. Sure, the AC unit gave cold air but its working parts are so old and unlubricated that it grinded all night and kept waking me up. The bathroom fan / light worked but again it required lubrication/maintenance.
