Liked: The outside looked nice.
Disliked: We did not stay as we were informed the elevator was not working and our room was on the top floor. We were informed that we could cancel and find another hotel. We did find another hotel in the area that had a first-floor room instead. We called them back and canceled our reservation with Michelle.

Liked: clean, friendly staff
Disliked: Elevator doesn't work, staff said it has been out of service for a month. I was not told at time of booking. Being elderly, carrying suitcases up 20 stairs was very difficult. They should have had an employee act as a bellboy to help those in need.

Disliked: The elevator wasn’t working and our room was on the 3rd floor. Not a great experience after a long trip. Even with my health issues-I accepted it.The breakfast was sad, the only good thing was the hot coffee. The room was aged and could use lots of cleaning and improvement. Glad it was just one night.
