Liked: Location, proposed amenities were great but..
Disliked: They did not have dish soap, sponges, complete dinnerware service for even one person. No dish rack, no paper towels, nothing to clean up the sink. The room smelled like an old truck stop with very heavy I'm off for. The flooring was extremely cheap looking and the inside of this place was very dated and looked worn. Also there were insects of some dirt coming in the unit and the inside of the toilet bowl had some encrusted mineral like deposits below the water line of the bowl and did not clean up. I was also given a coffee mug that was dirty that I also thought was a stain until after I used it and found the stain had disappeared. The shift lead was shown all these issues and she adjusted our bill 10 percent in consideration of the items I pointed out. .The breakfast bar was nice but not well stocked. We also observed a guest walking round holding pepper spray in her hand as she made her way from the room to the front desk. The employees could be friendlier the morning front desk clerk was point blank miserable. Some of the towels were dirty and on the shelf mixed with the clean towels
