Disliked: The smell of the rooms, the loudness of other guests staying, the constant police cars sitting in parking lot

Disappointing

Liked: The staff seemed to be doing the best they could with what they had. The problem was the rooms were well below par.
Disliked: Old lumpy mattress. Whatever they cleaned the floors with left a film that made your feet and socks black. Door wouldn't shut unless you used considerable force. Fridge was old and rusty.

Disliked: It has a roach infestation and I’ve been trying to get a refund. I couldn’t even stay a night I had to book another hotel

Worst place I have ever...

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: Nasty, smells like cigarettes, old man in just a robe standing at door smoking cig, front desk rude and having personal conversations with people about “drugs”, elevator didn’t work.

Disliked: Room had floor stains on carpet, bathroom floor was coming up around shower, room smelled, beds were not comfortable, lights next to bed didn't work

Bad

Disliked: The area was not the best with several drug deals going on. When we entered the building we instantly smelled smoke. The elevator was broken and took 3 minutes to go one floor. When we got to our hallway to our room it smelled like weed and cat pee mixture which was very unsettling. We had hoped when we got to the room it would have been cleaned properly but it was not. The floors were sticky and so were the counters. We only felt comfortable putting our bags in the tables and felt like we had to wear our crocs in the room because of the poor cleanliness of the room. Also we were told we would have a continental breakfast and all they had were a small stand with coffee and some oatmeal and muffins available. We had come last minute because of a family emergency and this was advertised differently. We were not happy with our stay nor we would ever recommend this again to anyone.
